App Store 기존 계정 로그아웃

先退出 App Store 的当前账号
  • 방법 A (설정 앱): 아이폰 설정 → 맨 위 [내 이름/Apple ID] 선택 → [미디어 및 구입 항목] 터치 → [로그아웃]
  • 방법 B (App Store 앱): App Store 앱 실행 → 우측 상단 프로필 아이콘 → 맨 아래로 스크롤하여 [로그아웃]
  • ※ 주의: 설정 맨 아래 빨간색 「로그아웃(iCloud 로그아웃)」을 누르시면 안 됩니다. 반드시 「미디어 및 구입 항목」 또는 App Store 앱 내부에서만 로그아웃하세요!
  • (打开 iPhone「设置」→ 点顶部的「您的姓名」→ 点「媒体与购买项目」→ 选择「退出登录」。或者直接在 App Store 应用中滑到最底部退出。切勿退出最下方的 iCloud！)

在浏览器免费注册一个香港地区 Apple ID

  • 우측 상단 메뉴 → [Apple ID 생성] 클릭
  • 국가/지역을 홍콩(Hong Kong)으로 선택 (중국 고객에게 가장 친숙하며 편리합니다)
  • 전화번호는 현재 사용 중이신 중국 번호(+86)나 한국 번호(+82) 그대로 인증 문자 수신이 가능합니다.

App Store에서 새 계정 로그인 & 타이탄 앱 설치

用新账号登录 App Store 并下载应用
  • 아이폰 App Store 앱 실행 → 우측 상단 프로필 아이콘 터치 → 2단계에서 만든 새 계정으로 로그인
  • 첫 다운로드 시 'Apple ID 검토' 팝업이 뜨면 이용약관 동의 후, 지불 방법(Payment Method)에서 반드시 「없음(None / 无)」을 선택하세요. (신용카드 등록 불필요)

원래 본인 Apple ID로 다시 복귀

换回您原来的 Apple ID
  • 다운로드가 완료되면, App Store 프로필에서 로그아웃 후 원래 사용하시던 본인 Apple ID로 다시 로그인하세요.
  • 설치된 TITAN 앱은 그대로 남아 정상 작동합니다. (앱 업데이트 시에만 3단계 계정으로 잠깐 업데이트하시면 됩니다)
  • (下载完成后，在 App Store 中退出登录，换回您本来的大陆账号。已安装好的应用永远保留正常使用。)

TITAN 앱 실행 및 원터치 연결

打开 TITAN 并使用网站账号登录连接
  • 홈 화면에 설치된 TITAN 앱을 실행합니다.
  • 웹사이트(titan.jobjapan.com)에서 가입하신 아이디(이메일)와 비밀번호로 로그인합니다.
  • 가운데 [연결] 버튼을 누르면 첫 연결 시 아이폰 'VPN 구성 추가' 팝업이 뜹니다 → [허용] 터치 후 기기 암호(Face ID/비밀번호)를 입력하면 즉시 초고속 연결 완료!

설치 및 연결 시 가장 많이 문의하시는 질문을 모았습니다.

Q. App Store에서 "Titan VPN"이 검색되지 않아요.
중국 본토 App Store에는 보안/규제상 미등록되어 있어 검색되지 않습니다. 홍콩, 대만, 한국, 일본, 미국 등 중국 본토가 아닌 지역의 Apple ID로는 전 세계 어디서나 정식으로 무료 다운로드가 가능합니다. 위 가이드(STEP 2)에 따라 2분 만에 새 계정을 생성해 보시기 바랍니다.
Q. 기존 Apple ID의 국가/지역을 변경하면 안 되나요?
기존 중국 계정의 지역을 변경하려고 하면 애플 정책상 해당 국가의 현지 신용카드(지불 정보)를 필수로 요구하여 '없음(None)' 선택이 막히는 경우가 대부분입니다. 새로운 계정을 브라우저에서 생성하시는 편이 훨씬 빠르고 확실하게 '없음'을 선택하실 수 있습니다.
Q. 지불 방법에서 '없음(None)'이 안 보여요!
기존에 구독 중인 서비스나 미결제 내역이 있는 계정은 '없음'이 비활성화됩니다. 위 가이드의 STEP 2를 따라 브라우저에서 새로운 홍콩/해외 Apple ID를 생성하시면 100% '없음' 옵션이 나타납니다.
Q. VPN 연결은 되었는데 인터넷(유튜브·구글 등)이 안 열려요.
① 앱 내에서 다른 서버(예: KOREA-SK 계열 등)로 변경해 보세요.
② 아이폰 [설정] → [일반] → [VPN 및 기기 관리]에서 TITAN VPN 프로파일을 삭제하신 후, 앱에서 다시 연결(프로파일 설치 팝업 "허용")을 진행해 주세요.
③ Wi-Fi ↔ 모바일 데이터(LTE/5G) 간 네트워크를 전환해 보세요.
Q. 앱 업데이트는 어떻게 하나요?
앱스토어에서 앱을 설치한 해외 계정으로 로그인한 상태에서 App Store의 '업데이트' 탭을 누르시면 손쉽게 최신 버전으로 업데이트하실 수 있습니다. (앱을 재설치하셔도 기존 타이탄 계정 정보는 서버에 안전하게 보존됩니다)

Help with installation and connection

The app is not visible in the App Store
  1. Open the direct App Store link using the button on this page.
  2. If it is unavailable in your country/region, check Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Country/Region.
  3. Before changing regions, review Apple’s requirements for subscriptions, balance, Family Sharing and payment methods. An immediate change is not always possible. Do not sign in using someone else’s shared Apple Account.
I did not allow the VPN configuration
  1. Open TITAN and connect again to request permission. If the prompt belongs to TITAN, allow it and authenticate on the device.
  2. Check Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → VPN. Menu names can vary by iOS version.
  3. Only if support recommends recreating it, remove the TITAN VPN configuration using its information button, then reconnect in the app. Do not remove management profiles or another VPN’s settings.
Connected, but the internet does not work
  1. Disconnect the VPN and check normal internet first. If that also fails, check Wi-Fi, Ethernet or mobile data.
  2. If normal internet works, restart TITAN and try another server. Check whether another VPN is running at the same time.
  3. On mobile, compare Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the issue remains, tell support the device, OS version, server and exact error.
Connection stopped after an update
  1. Fully close the app, restart the device and try again.
  2. Review any renewed installation/VPN permission prompt and approve it if it belongs to TITAN. Use the latest installer on this page; on iOS, update through the App Store.
  3. Before reinstalling, confirm your login details and record necessary settings. Removing the app may erase local settings. Do not remove organization-managed VPN configurations without authorization.
Which account and subscription should I check?
  1. Sign in to TITAN with your TITAN account, not an Apple/Google account or computer login password.
  2. Check email/password and view the plan and remaining time in MyPage. Use password recovery below if needed.
  3. Send error codes and messages to support, not passwords or verification codes.
